This was by far the easiest process I’ve ever been through. I did a “live chat” with Douglas about 2 weeks prior to my court date, he sent me instructions and a link to pay to my email moments later. I paid through the link a few days later. I received an email a couple of days after my court date that my 19 mph over was reduced to 9 over. No points, no insurance rate increase.
