They were very helpful assisting me with my legal needs. I am only giving them a 4 because of a billing snafu. To their credit, they proactively corrected it. So I would definitely recommend them for estate issues.

I highly recommend this Law Firm because of the team of qualified people. My first conversation researching whether I needed a Will or Trust was addressed professionally. I was set up with my Lawyer Stephanie Poston per Laurie my first call. The first meeting was in at their Cary office per my request. Ms. Poston was very open about having a friend or relative at my initial meeting. I decided on a Trust. All questions were answered till I clearly understood what I wanted to create for a Trust. I ease of Zooming the approval meeting with my son in Asheville and brother in Raleigh was reasuring to me. This procedure is available. Will Estes was also helpful in expediting the appointments and final signing of the Trust. I was given a detailed letter of procedures for future considerations. The final Trust was completed early this year. I am totally satisfied with this Law firm.

Overall, we were very happy with the service provided by the law firm. We liked the fact that most communications were efficiently done via email. Also, digital copies of the final documents were provided that simplify greatly their storage. The process of revising our living trust was also smooth. We prepared the questions and sent them via email in advance of our meeting. The estate attorney answered them thoroughly and satisfactorily. In our meeting, the attorney took time to explain /clarify the complex points, using terms that we can understand, in our living trust setup and any residual question we may have. The follow-up service provided by the paralegal was also timely and satisfactory.
