Made us sign documents without finishing case told us they fighting for medpay, but we clearly sign paper saying we are getting med pay want send paperwork we already sign I'm call a lawyer to help me see they are doing stuff that is against the law you never sign documents and never received a copy not f# happy

I inquired about retaining their services for my disability claim. I was antagonized by the paralegal that called because I wasn’t receiving “treatment”. I tried to explain that I was and was constantly cutoff and not given the opportunity to express a complete thought. The level of stress I experienced due to this call was insurmountable based on my current conditions which the firm was well aware of. Despite that, she knowingly antagonized me to try to get a point across which led me to hang up the phone. I’m disgusted with the service. It ruined my day
