I was in a accident last August. I have been through 3 different case managers. My new case manager never answers her phone. I have only spoken to her twice. My friend insurance states that they have already paid the money they needed to. When I said I didn't want to do chiropractic anymore, I was not given a physical therapy reference. I work out and massage my muscles or help from family. I thought just maybe they were the right fit. Maybe it'll all work out, just wish I was kept in contact with.

I was extremely happy with how fast Riddle and Brantley sent someone to the house to help me shortly after my first call to their office. I was not happy with switching lawyers in the middle of the case and with the amount of money I had to pay when it was all over and done. Having said that, I have never before had to hire a lawyer and don't know if that was just a standard fee for all attorneys or based on case by case basis. What I would do over is do more research for myself in the beginning to try to find the best lawyer at the most inexpensive price. If that was Riddle & Brantley, then I would hire them again.

Ariana is THE BEST . she kept great communication with me the whole time she was on my case. anything ever happens call Riddle and Brantley and ask for her !!!

My experience with Riddle and Brantley started off a little rocky, however I won't deduct a star for that because my experience ended with great joy. My 1st case worker was less than satisfactory and after telling her I didn't want to speak with her anymore, I was put in direct contact with my lawyer Adam Helmer. Once I got in touch with Adam my experience improved a great deal. Adam handled my case with excellence. He's very patient, listened to my concerns and did not talk to me in "big" words that I could not understand. He treated me more as a friend than a client. He checked on me and infant baby boy often. He's very caring. He fully explained all my options in a way I could understand and made sure I understood all the risk with taking my case to trial or filing suit. After I understood, I decided to pursue with going to trial, but was ultimately able to work it out with the insurance company. I'm telling you I couldn't ask for a better lawyer. I definitely recommend Adam for your legal needs. Adam thanks so much!!! And a huge shout out to Hope Howard as well for helping out!!! You guys ROCK!!! : )

Susan was great to work with. She returned all my calls within 24 hrs and even when my case was settled she returned 2 calls to answer some questions. She was great at explaining everything to me and would call me every time her office received any information from SS.

By far the worst law firm I have had to come in contact with. My girlfriend went through 4 "case managers" by the time it was finally resolved. Out of the four not one of them could get their ducks in a row. Seven months after she stopped treating is when negotiations finally started. We came in and met with the "attorney" who didn't even have the right accident information and was rushing us out of the office because we didn't have a scheduled appointment. I think finally the office supervisor came in and spent few moments with us, I'm sure to ensure reviews like this don't get reported but by then it was all too late. Their injured client, my girlfriend ended up getting less then the attorney did. This is why lawyers have a bad greedy rep. So much for Justice Counts and being a "24" hour law firm.

Ariana saved the day! I would have given 5 stars but my first case manager had to be replaced for not handling business. BUT all was made better after Ariana began handling business! Thank you again Ariana!

Had a awesome experience with Riddle and Brantley. My case manager Ariana was the best. She really made this whole experience smooth and fast. I would recommend Riddle and Brantley to anyone that needs a strong law firm on their side.

The best attorneys ever

3 years ago I was involved in a head-on collision with a driver who did not have a license. Luckily, the truck he was driving was under a company insurance policy. I went to Riddle & Brantley for help and have just now reached a settlement. My lawyer was switched twice- The first two and their case managers were impossible to get in touch with (Brett & I can't even remember the other). Pictures and information I sent to the previous lawyers were lost. I don't think they are with the company anymore. The final attorney, Adam Helmer, worked harder on my case in a month than the others did in a couple years. I just wish I had him on my case from the beginning. Although I didn't receive as much as I hoped (1/3 of what the first lawyer told me) I am very pleased with Adam and I know if he had been on my case from the beginning it would be a different story. I didn't want to drag this out any longer with a trial and I am ready for this process to be over with. Thank you Adam for being so attentive and helpful!
