Brandi was top tier professional she called for updates found out I wasn't getting gas money for appts and boom double checks outta nowhere when I needed it and Mrs Hunter push the other attorneys to the limit to get me the most money and she did I've already referred others and will continue to I'm very blessed to have got the Ricci law firm

Would NOT recommend using this firm. I closed with them in July and was told my deed would be sent by mail. Still have not received it, when I went to their office to check with them there was no explanation as to where it could be or how it got “lost in the mail” you’d think something this important would be sent via certified mail. They wouldn’t even provide me with a tracking number. Absolutely careless and unprofessional.

I would NOT recommend this firm for closing a house. They waited on requesting almost all documents needed for closing. The sale was delayed multiple times and there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION!! They didn’t even communicate with my realtor that the closing would be delayed and didn’t let her know when it would be rescheduled. I understand things can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, but the lack of communication with Danielle (paralegal) and Angela (attorney) was unacceptable with not returning voicemails.

The Ricci Law Firm easily deserves six stars. My attorney, Hunter Eddins-Gentel and Case Manager, Brandi Williams, worked seamlessly together to ensure this entire process was smooth, efficient, prompt, highly professional yet friendly at the same time. I highly recommend them.

Would not recommend. Had a case with them for over two years went through seven different secretary's and now Terra Johnson settled my case because if it went to court I wouldn't get much more because I am not from here and amongst my peers in North Carolina Because I don't talk like I am from here because I have an accent (discrimination) After doctor bills they made more money than what I got for doing nothing but mailing paperwork through the courts told me to settle because my three years was coming up and I wouldn't get nothing after that. They did not fight for me I am still paying doctor bills that they didn't pay and going to the doctors that they didn't even bother getting the bills from they only had what I have given them a year prior. And they even set up some more appointments. for doctors. I had Fracture nose fracture jaw arm and hand injury ankle injury back and head injury. And the accident was not my fault. They did not do a good job. They sat on it till time was up. Go to another attorney if your smart.
