Dear Ricci Law Firm, my Husband and I received our information from the Firm at the same time, so again when obtaining information for the services, the intake and required documents were spot on, the process was really professional. During our contact with Ricci Law, the person we both routinely spoke to and contacted by was our case manager Ms. Ruiz. Our assigned attorney initially we spoke with once or or twice a month. Currently we have been contacted by attorney Mr. Patrick who recently called informing us that he would be handling our case going forward. But again, I have not hired anyone for legal services, so moving forward we are looking keenly in working with our new attorney. So not knowing a great deal only that we suffered injuries from a crash and was referred to Ricci by an attorney friend and two friends stating that you were good. Through it all, Ms. Ruiz walked us through the services that we would need to check into and follow. Those of whom we met from the Firm by phone were very professional and yet responsive to my many questions from the start, particularly our case manager who put us in touch with many services outside of the firm for both William and myself. I appreciated her time assisting us with outside care, she represented your Firm well, as I am sure by her demeanor has done so many times before. Mr. Jackson is an incredible lawyer whose law firm takes pride in taking care of their clients. Our home buying process was made a million times easier with his care and expertise. I would not consider using another law firm in the Wake County area. Jackson Law is it for my family and I.
