I contacted Mr Portnoy the day I received my ticket and he responded very quickly and informed me of what he could do. My ticket was for 18 mph over the speed limit and he said he could drop it to improper equipment which was unbelievable! Awesome price for his services and does exactly what he tells you he can do. Can't recommend him enough!

I recieved a reckless driving citation in Wake County in January of 2020; the car damage had worried me, but when I heard that I would also be going to court my heart sank. Mr. Portnoy took my case and gave me continuous updates, eventually getting the case dismissed altogether. If you need help, I wholeheartedly recommend his services.

Mr. Portnoy responded to me immediately and had both charges dismissed. We used him once before many years ago and were happy to have his info ready to go! His price is fair and he was very easy to communicate with. I do recommend him for traffic violations.
