I was extremely impressed with how professional and responsive Douglas was through the whole process of meeting my traffic court needs. Every time I had a question or clarification he responded in a timely manner and assured me every step of the way. My court date was moved due to the court system being closed during COVID-19 and he stayed on top of it, adjusting schedules and then communicating about the outcome the same day.
