He is very professional and answers the phone when you call for advice. Douglas explained to me the options based on my call and ticket. I hired him and then received my confirmation email that he was able to reduce my ticket. This saved me from getting points and a mark on my record.

Doug is highly efficient and delivers & what he promises. I am NY resident and visited NC to meet family friend. Unfortunately I got high speed ticket along with reckless driving. I was very tensed with the tickets received. I approached Doug based on his credibility and he assured very well that it can be taken care.
