From start to finish the process of taking care of my speeding ticket was a breeze. Doug was able to get the ticket reduced to an improper equipment charge which doesn't add points to my insurance or license. Not only did he reduce the charge to an improper equipment, but he also did it 3 weeks earlier than the posted court date on the ticket!
