Doug's Office was very helpful in resolving a traffic/ticket issue that was well over a decade old for me. Further Complicated by the fact that i do not live in North Carolina, Doug's office was very accommodating and was able represent me without a problem. Thanks!

I have two sons and I've used it Mr. Portnoy's services many times throughout the years, he's an excellent attorney, he's shown patients in dealing with my son and has always been able to provide results for us to prevent insurance premium increases. He also handles many other aspects of the law in which I've also used him. I would not consider using anyone else but Mr. Portnoy for any of my legal needs.

Doug helped us with several traffic tickets that my teenage sons received the past few years. He would have handled them himself for a flat fee, but I wanted my son's to experience the court room. Doug met us there, was easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, was good with the boys, and helped them understand the process.

Last year, I got a speeding ticket and had contacted Doug Portnoy for legal services. He handled this case immediately and helped me to get the best possible deal on my speeding ticket. He was able to reduce my ticket and helped to advise me for how to handle my insurance.
Doug Portnoy and his assistant are highly competent and professional and they have reasonable fees. I would highly recommend Doug Portnoy and would use his services again.

I had a wonderful experience using the Law Office of Douglas Portnoy. I had a traffic ticket in Raleigh passing through. I was able to contact this office, receive the lowest rate and best solution after calling 3-4 different law offices. I was able to get everything taken care of with a couple phone calls and emails. The staff was always super quick to get back to me if I had a question. Would recommend to family/friends. My ticket was taken care of quickly with almost no effort on my part.

Doug was, as always, outstanding in helping with a recent traffic violation. His calm, easy-going demeanor is so refreshing.
