I applied for SSDI in September of 2017. After being turned down I contacted Riddle and Brantley to help me win my case. Everyone at the office was kind and efficient. They made the process go very smoothly. At my recent hearing my lawyer was instrumental in helping me get through the hearing. He spoke with the judge directly and asked me all the right questions. Even after winning my case this firm has been very helpful in helping me navigate all the incoming paperwork. I highly recommend them!

November 2017, my brother, passed away. I was his beneficiary for his life insurance to ensure his wishes were handled accordingly. However dealing with his employer and the insurance company became a living nightmare. At the end of my rope, I contacted Riddle and Brantley's Law Firm in February 2018. Just in time too, there were only 3 days remaining before his life insurance would have went to the estate. IMMEDIATELY, Gene and his assistant, Stacy, met with me and started working on my behalf that day. I felt when I left that finally my brother's funeral will be taken care off and I could fulfill my promise to my brother. Gene and Stacy stayed in contact with me throughout the entire case. There are NO words to express my gratitude to Molly, for her compassion and understanding when I contacted Riddle & Brantley in a desperate search for a law firm that would accept my case , 3 mos before statutes would expire on my personal injury case. It was the day before long Thanksgiving holiday weekend when I came in for my consult with Molly. She said she would take my large case file home with her to review in detail over the holiday, would contact me the following week to inform me if they would take on my case at such a late stage in the legal process or not. She blessed me with the good news, informed me they would call with appt to meet with their senior litigator and his paralegal, Donald Dunn and Buffy. My Social Security Disputably started with another law firm. We went to court and loss. I fired them and came to Riddle & Brantley. the experienced was night and day. We went to court with in 20 months and won. The difference between the Attorneys, Well I did not talk to the first Attorney until the day of the hearing. After the hearing the Attorney Just left me Standing there. Now with Riddle & Brantley Catherine Brewer talk to me from day one she made sure that all the paper I filled out was correct and got all the documentation from the Doctors. she kept me calm during the waiting time. The Attorney Scott Scurfield He called me a week before the hearing and explained everything to on what is going to happen. He then doubled checked everything on the paper work with me. He showed up on time and again explained what was going to go on in court. we went into court and the Judge did his introduction asked me how I was doing. Looked at sum stuff on the computer. The said you know you have a good Attorney when the hearing is short. he approve my disputably Attorney Scurfield after the hearing explained what will happen next and if I had any questions to give him a call .

I can honestly say that if I ever need help with an attorney again Riddle and Brantley will be my first call. After my car accident a little over a year ago they did everything in their power to help me and take care of my case and my case manager Macie was absolutely on her A game!!
