On Feb 11, 2015 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in Cary,NC. Just so happens this was also my Birthday. I know right,great birthday gift. I was on the job so one would think that the company I was working for should have covered it under Worker's Comp. They , the company I was working for, asked me not to file WC.I was driving a company vehicle however. The vehicle was towed back to the Company and I was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. My wife and I had tried to call the other parties insurance adjuster and left several messages but never seemed to hear back from them. We were starting to get hospital bills,Dr. Bills . This is when I decided to call your firm. Within a day your firm had a gentleman come to our house and sit down and speak with us about my situation. Sometime later I received an email saying who would be handling my case and would be getting in touch with me. This is when I was introduced to Heather Winborne. She called and explained that she would be the case manager for my case and that Sean would be representing me as my attorney. Heather would follow up on many things with me through out my case. My case seemed a little out of the norm as the company I was working for didn't want to use WC. Luckily , I had private insurance. Heather always seemed to be able to answer my questions very quickly and explained things to me in layman's term. She was always very knowledgeable about my case and didn't make me feel like I was a small client . She would call ahead of time to let me know we would be speaking to someone and that Sean would also be on the phone line to help me. I know my case wasn't one of those that people will see on tv but to me they (Heather and Sean) sure made me feel like it was. I can't say Thank You to them enough!! Again, THANK YOU HEATHER for all the time you spent on my case and Always getting back in touch with me. Sean , Thank You for taking my small case. Sean Cole and Kristina Van Buskirk were extremely professional in handling my case from start to finish. They were thoroughly prepped for all sessions, handled depositions well, and handled defense counsel and the judge well while keeping the jury on our side. We won on both issues, liability and damages, although damages could have come in higher. Alas, one cannot predict what a jury will decide nor what they consider important. I was advised to settle and mediation and, had I taken that advice, I would have walked away with a larger amount. Unfortunately, I have only myself to blame for that.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Kristina Van Buskirk. I was a referral from the Jacksonville, NC office. Kristina worked tirelessly to close my case that was pending for over 2 years. I first meant Riddle & Brantley some years ago when I was hit from behind. I always thought money hungry people got lawyers. That was until I was hit. The other drivers insurance company called me day after day. They told me I had to give them statements and sign papers asap. The lady was so hateful to me. She even came to my job. I felt like a deer caught in head lights. I felt so bullied. I was over whelmed. The first thing that popped in my mind was Riddle & Brantley commercials. That I always saw on t.v. Omg calling Riddle & Brantley was the best thing I ever did! I didn't receive anymore harrassing phone calls from the other drivers hateful insurance adjustor. The only calls I got were from my Riddle & Brantley. They constantly checked on me. And kept me updated with my case. Once my case was settled. I was very happy with the outcome :) I will never forget before I left the office . They gave me a ink pen, key chain, and coffee mug. I was very thankful. I didn't want to throw it away. But l knew I would never need Riddle & Brantley again. So I put the pen and key chain with their number and email in my closet. In my little keep sake jar. Well remember that saying never say never! Just a few months ago. My car was hit! All I could think of was the bullying and harassing from last time , with the other persons insurance. So... Guess what I did? As soon as I made it home. I went in my closet. Pulled out my keep sake jar with my Riddle & Brantley key chain and pen. And I gave them a call. They took it from there. And have been with me every step of the way working on my case. Thank you Riddle & Brantley :)

Susan Riley. Susan Riley. Susan Riley. She got it done. Great service, great people. Don't wish for anyone to be hurt but if you are Riddle and Brantley will make sure the insurance companies don't screw you. After calling a law firm, and being told I didn't have a case, I decided to call Riddle and Brantley. I am overjoyed that I did. Me and my son were rear ended at a high speed while we were sitting in traffic. We required medical treatment and I had two hand surgeries and spent quite a bit of time in therapy. Everything was very stressful, but Riddle and Brantley helped ease our stress and they were understanding and supportive. If I hadn't of called them, I would be sitting here with a hand that wasn't functional and a massive amount of debt from me and my son being treated after the wreck. Sean Cole was our lawyer and he took great care of us. He and Brenna Crowson (litigation paralegal) answered all of my questions in a prompt manner and kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. I highly recommend Riddle and Brantley.
