On April 14,2013 I suffered a stroke,was in the hospital for a week.I filed for disability and was turned down and was advised to retain legal staff.I contacted Riddle and Brantley in Raleigh NC.within a few days they were working on my case.Their legal staff was in touch every step of the process.In 2014 we had to move to Arkansas due to family illness.Riddle and Brantley stayed with my case all through and including the appeal hearing in Arkansas.They were so very organized and professional and won my case I would recommend their law service to any one and I am thankful fo them. My family has worked with Riddle and Brantley twice now. We worked with Mr. Dixon and Ciara McDonnell specifically. The first time we did not recover, but I felt they did everything they could until we were completely out of options. Of course, they did not ask us for any payment at all. This last time we did recover and we were all very happy with the outcome. They never backed down from negotiations on our behalf. I believe Companies know that Riddle and Brantley will take a claim to court if they don’t come to something reasonable. We never had trouble getting any questions answered and they were always available through several means of communication. They were very reasonable with their fees as well. I would recommend them and would use them again.
