I could not be more pleased with how my divorce and subsequent related legal issues were managed by Scott Allen. I gained tremendous peace of mind thanks to how he took care of my issues, and the billing was fair and reasonable.

His associate, James Sanderson, is also a vital part of the team, and both of these gentlemen are very easily accessible, and explain things in a very easy to understand, not over your head type manner!!!! Scott Allen lies under oath, the most narcissistic, incompetent, crook of an “attorney” I have ever dealt with. I have never lost against Mr. Allen, the only thing he’s good at is making threats with false information to opposing counsel. His license should be suspended and investigated in a court of law.

Scott Allen is the best family court lawyer you can have. Scott removes emotions from the situation and keeps his clients focused on their best interest. Scott has been practicing for a very long time and has intimate knowledge of Wake County family Court. His advice and steady hand has been invaluable to me. I highly recommend Allen and Spence. Update 3/16/2023 - After a 3 year acrimonious divorce battle culminating in a court trial, the ED/Alimony/Child support decision came out and I could not be happier.
