You could not of ask for anyone with more patients then her . She was on top of everything even before things were coming in the mail she was calling to let you know what was coming .. there was not a time that she could not answer any questions I had . The day of the hearing he already knew I was nervous the reassurance in his voice when he spoke to me calmed me down even more .
