My experience was great. Attorney - Joesph Hodgin and Paralegal -Kimberly Helms did a fantastic job. They are very Professional and Compassionate, without hesitation they answered all of my question and walked me through the legal process. I came to Henson Fuerst after being denied disability twice from life changing injuries after being hit by a drunk driver. Lori at the Rocky Mount office and my attorney Eric were instrumental in getting my claim approved at the hearing level. I would recommended this law firm due to their compassion and knowledge of disability claims.

My name is Khalid Khan, and I have the Attorney Mr. Erick W. Goodale, he helped me towards my case in hearing with Social Security officials, and after the hearing, I have to asked him some very important questions, so I am aware of that information, and the above name Attorney did not return my calls, it is not very good practice from Henson Fuerst, they do not want to help you after the case finished and simply when they got their money, and they do not know who are you. It is not the Professional Lawyer do.

Well talk to the girl online gave her my info and all I get in return is a voicemail from Donna saying they are unable to take my case with out even getting my side of the story or explanation or anything .. but if this is how they treat disabled veterans or anyone for that matter maybe I need a better representation ...maybe their tv commercial should say we only take your case if you can make us money !!!!!!! Real disappointed always heard good things about this law firm

When I needed representation when the state came to take some of my land, I was a little apprehensive when I got a letter from Henson Fuerst. I had heard their advertising so I thought they might be a "big corporate outfit," but when Ken Sack told me he wanted to come out and walk the property with me, I decided to give them a chance. I was very impressed with Ken's down to earth approach and their process, and I enjoyed outsourcing the project to them at a fair price. In the end I was very happy with my decision, and I'd highly recommend them.
