So happy I used them in my disability case. They were great to work with and answered any questions I had. Will definitely use them in the future for other legal issues should the need arise.

I generally don't write reviews EVER!!! But, after my experience with Riddle&Brantley I felt it was my obligation to future clients who have experienced a traumatic event in their lives, that choosing the right law firm is key. When choosing a law firm you want a compassionate, empathic, and a firm with integrity. Don't just choose one for monetary reasons. Although, at the end of the day you want to be compensated for your loss. With that being said, yes the firm will read this and say, "you received a large settlement." But, I say... ultimately, lawyering is a delicate balancing between a constantly evolving world and the fundamental principles that define our legal system. It calls upon your compassion as well as your intellect, your heart as well as your head... Caring is as much a part of the legal profession as intelligence. It is every lawyer’s responsibility in every setting to serve others (gerdy et al.) After THREE attorney's and I lost count how many case workers, para legals, and case managers I had. Furthermore, in my case I was the one who gathered ALL the paperwork, accident reports, and called hundreds of places to get documents that was needed. I spent hundreds of hours sending e-mails and playing phone tag with whatever attorney I had that year. Trying to get attorney's and case managers on the phone or return a call was brutal. Maybe, I should have been on the payroll? By the end of my 4th year with Riddle&Brantley I was assigned another attorney Adam Smith and Christina Stone. I even talked with Gene Riddle once and I thought, now we are going to get something accomplished. By this time, I was frustrated, angry, and quite frankly, mad as hell.... So, of course when they were assigned I'm sure all of those emotions came out. If it hadn't been for Christina Stone I probably would have left for another law firm. She did all the dirty work the other attorney's and para legals failed to do. I'm sure Adam Smith was involved, but I didn't care for his condescending vibe I got from him on a video call. I felt like during negotiations with the defendant toward the end I was the one arguing the case instead of him. May just be his mannerism and all. It was just weird that's all. But, I can't say enough great things about attorney Christina Stone. She was the angel who shined so bright-she never missed a phone call, text message, or an e-mail. If it wasn't for her I would probably be still waiting for the case to settle. So, I can't say to her how grateful I am for everything she did for me and my family. Please, don't ever let anyone dull your SPARKLE...... So, if you're expecting a fast ending to your settlement? It want be quick; at least it wasn't in my case. Be patient, because it's going to be a LONG and BUMPY ride!!!!! By the way, I have one more thing before I go. No one from all their offices made an effort to come to Fayetteville. My husband had to drive me to the Raleigh office every time. I don't know if that's the usual way law firms do business? Choose Wisely

Last year a man ran a stop sign and totaled my car. He had no insurance. If it wasn't for Riddle and Brantley I would not have gotten anything from the accident. They have helped my family members in the past as well and did a great job.

I have been disabled from birth and wouldn't even be given the time of day by these lawyers because I've never been able to work so I have no work history... Apparently being disabled from birth means you're not worth their time to take on as a client in order to try and get disability... Zero help, zero assistance in trying to find a firm that will help... Just basically "too bad, so sad, move along".... If you were born with a disability don't even bother calling these people...They won't help you..

Riddle and Brantley - Attorney Chris Brantley and his team specifically - were a great help during my case. They never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, and I felt they were genuinely interested in ensuring I got the best result for me, rather than the one that put money in their pocket fastest. I received prompt responses to my questions and in the end got a result that I was happy with. I can confidently recommend them.
