When I met with Mr Felix Martinez I just have him all my details of my case and they Tom car of everything else. I was called periodically to give me an update on my case. And they took care of my bills to the VA hospital as well. In closing my case they informed me of me final settlement and he the check would be given to me in the mail.And when my case changed to a different person handing my case I was informed. No complaints.

First I’m far from disappointed!!! I was involved in an accident early October 2018. Involved Riddle & Brantley and was assured they would make sure they took care of me. I finished up my medical treatments by early February turned in all required docs on my end. I have dealt with 4 different representatives along with my attorney and have had that many different stories. I’ve called numerous of times, countless voicemails and etc. Even had to resend my docs more than once. I’ve been told my demand package had been sent even went a copy and would hear back within 30-60 days. Only to keep calling with the same lies. The only rep that has touched basis with me was Megan. I went from Candace, Jennifer, Leslie and now Megan. No it’s not Megan’s fault but communication is not a priority on their part. I’m very very disappointed and would not recommend them at all.

Lawyer Adam smith has disappointed my family. If he can no longer pursue your case he will stop answering your calls and emails. You will not here from your case worker either. Morgan will purposely not answer your calls or emails. If feel she could have easily told me Adam smith withdrew from my case. It’s sad he did this to my husband a whole year. I followed his from his last firm thinking he had integrity. Like a previous person said if you don’t have a big case it’s not worth pursuing it with this lawyer or company.

I was disappointed with the handling of my case. I was hit by a DUI driver, crossed over the road, when down an embankment and landed in a field. Then the driver took off. My car was totaled. Very little was done for bodily injury after my car claim was settled. It would be months before I would hear a word from them. I would call or email to check the status of my case. I actually never met Attorney Smith. I have had to seek other council to get a fair settlement.

Brandon has helped me big time with my small business. He made me feel at ease during the whole process. It's good to know someone like him has your back! He is very knowledgeable and is always a pleasure to deal with.
