I was in an accident in September of 2016. When I was seeking representation this firm came up constantly, so I decided to work with them on my accident claim. Carla Castellanos was my caseworker and she was perfect. She kept me in the loop every step of the way and was very gracious with working areount my schedule to contact me. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I did I would return to Riddle and Brantley.

I have not had to use the legal system before. Glad I chose Riddle & Brantley. They were total professionals throughout the process, Ariana especially. She kept me informed, answered my questions promptly, and made the process flow smoothly beginning to end. Do not fight big insurance alone. I would choose Riddle & Brantley again and I would specifically ask for Ariana again!

I was hit 4/2015 my paid for car was considered total. My life went through soooooo many changes from this accident. I still get emotional talking about them. One of my many changes is now being on topamax 100mg every day due migraines. But any ways things could have been worse. It's June 5, 2017 and I guess it's time to part. It's a little sad in a way saying good bye. So instead I will just say thanks to each and every one of you. And I appreciate all you. Ciara and Ariana muuuuaaahhh!!! Great Law Firm!

I submitted information to Riddle & Brantley Law firm for them to review. I waited for over a month for a response. I never heard a word, not even that they were not interested.

They were very friendly. They did everything within a reasonable timeframe. I used them for an automobile accident claim and I was overall impressed by their services. Arianna was awesome!!! I would recommend them to everybody. While in the negotiation process they put my best interest first. I was very pleased.

Truly this office is like family and treated me as such. Dealing with lawyers never seems like fun but this company will make you feel like you asked your whole family of attorneys to represent you. The most kind family office and I am so thankful I chose them to settle my case. GENE RIDDLE is such a wonderful man and he has a team of great warm people behind him. And Personal Injury Supervisor/Negotiator KAY ANDERSON IS THE BEST! They really took care of me after a terrible car accident that left me in pain for two years... it was a rough ride but they made it feel smooth. I am grateful.

Ariana Donaloio did a great job on my case. Only negative feelings I have is that it took a little longer than expected to get my case moving. Other than that it was a great experience. If someone else decides to hit my car again I will be giving them another call!
