I had a wonderful experience using the Law Office of Douglas Portnoy. I had a traffic ticket in Raleigh passing through. I was able to contact this office, receive the lowest rate and best solution after calling 3-4 different law offices. I was able to get everything taken care of with a couple phone calls and emails. The staff was always super quick to get back to me if I had a question. Would recommend to family/friends. My ticket was taken care of quickly with almost no effort on my part.

Doug was, as always, outstanding in helping with a recent traffic violation. His calm, easy-going demeanor is so refreshing. He explains the process in depth and thoroughly answers any questions posed to him. I have also used Doug for real estate closings and have received the same professional, excellent customer service.

These guys were SO helpful in taking care of our ticket, it was a high speed ticket, with another big problem as well. They charged a flat rate, no hidden fees, or fees after they had taken care of it, and the fines from the court were all included. I dealt with Mary, and all I had to do was scan my information over and she was very sweet and also professional. Thank you so much for helping us! I cannot write enough good things about how easy this firm made it for us dealing with a hard ticket.
