I was referred to Holly by a friend who had used her and had nothing but good things to say about her. Subsequently, both my husband and I worked with Holly to review our contracts for new jobs in the Life Sciences Industry. Holly was clearly knowledgeable and able to guide us as well with contract negotiations in terms of protecting ourselves and identifying what was a 'nice to have' vs a 'need to have' in the contracts. She thoroughly reviewed the contracts in a timely manner, and spent the time with us to walk us through the contracts as well as suggested changes in lay person terms.
