First call lead to being transferred to a intake specialist. The questions were brief and the specialist was professional and courteous, while on the phone, required documents were emailed to me for easy docu- sign. After calling riddle and Brantley, I immediately felt relieved of the burden to deal with the insurance company after being in a car accident.

It has been a pleasure so far dealing with Riddle and Brantley. They listened to what I had to say and was so very helpful. They are quick answering you and keeping you informed with what is taking place. It has been a wonderful experience so far. They are so polite and friendly you feel comfortable talking with them. They explain what is going on and they are so knowledgeable about any information or questions that you have. They have been the best legal firm I have ever had the pleasure to talk to.

I would this lawfirm has been doing well above there duty to make sure things get done correctly Ms Jocelyn has even stepped out and contacted the insurance agency on a subject that they don't handle and when I told her what was going on without hesitation she offered to contact them to straighten the matter out and that really impressed me I would recommend this lawfirm to anyone they have been very polite and you are able to get in touch with them by phone or email nothing I can find to say anything negative

I was in a horrific accident in 2016 that changed my life forever. Riddle and Brantley came to the hospital, and took care of everything. I didn’t have to worry about anything else except to heal and get better. It took about two years, but they really were there every step of the way. Riddle and Brantley truly do care about their clients and I am thankful for the entire team!
