Please steer clear of this place. Customer service is a non factor. 4.5 stars is a joke and are probably from friends and family over the years. Wolves in sheeps clothing. Christina, Angi, Ashley and Molly are a joke. If you hate your job then get a new one. Attorneys do not return calls. Managers have a lack luster attitude. I was made to feel as if I was a burden to them for having questions. It's like a chop shop. They are under staffed and they have no care or concern for your pain, suffering or burdens. Attorneys always think they are smarter and know more than most people. They will treat you how you allow them to. They work for you and not vice versa. Please seek assistance elsewhere, this is not the place to go. As a litigation paralegal, I do not recommend this firm. To the owner, you can save your response to my post because when I tried to discuss my concerns, you were no where to be found. So please keep that same energy. Thanks! **Response to owner** It's not about whether or not you could win the case, because according to one of your litigation attorneys, he felt he would win in litigation. The issue is your lack of customer service, professionalism and communication practices. Another issue is making promises to provide information to prep me for taking this case over on my own and failing to do so. As well as not providing all of my options for court. I'm not wasting any more of my time with this firm. A year and a half is long enough out of a 3 year maximum timely filing limit.

Everyone was great! Ashley, Alex, and Kristina were very professional and communicative. I would definitely use them again, but I hope there isn't a need anytime soon!

Miranda White is amazing. She did very well at directing and communicating my next steps in my case. I never felt like I was left in the dark. The process can be very difficult to understand but Miranda was always there to inform and educate with a positive attitude. Darren Dawson was also very helpful. Highly recommended.

It takes a bit of time of but that is the system we have. All of.the Riddle &Beantley staff we're fantastic and especially Buffy and Donnie at the end of the process. Great work folks. Really appreciate your.efforts.

The process was not glamorous but Monica & Mr Brantley did me well and I’m grateful! Every time I had a question it was answered and communication was open throughout everything.
