Their very caring and always concerned. Return my msg promptly. They personally came to my house to gather information. They frequently check in on me. Very professional and ethical too. From the receptionist, parallelegal, investigator to the Attorneys, their rated a number five with me. Great team and recommend for anyone needing help. There isnt any case they wont take on and very efficient producing justified results.

I have had several cases with this firm. I had David Spencer represented me for each one. His thoroughness, attention to details and consistent promptness in returning each and every call is the reason why. In addition one's assistant is the face of the company. For Mr. Spencer this is Halima. She is well worth her weight in gold. She makes you feel like your family is taking care of you. What more can a client want?

Dealing with me as a Client can be trying. The people that I had dealings with at the Law Firm were professional at all times!! I did feel at times my case was put on the back burner. In the end I found that was not true. Having never been involved in a Law Suit, I didn't understand the steps that were needed in order to come to a settlement. That is one short coming that the Law Firm needs to correct. Have a pamphlet explaining the step by step process when a Law Suit is involved. Overall I would recommend this Law Firm over others in the area.!! A very special thank-you to Joy for all her hard work and having to deal with me(Ron Croft).
