Ryan Smith agreed to accept my case regarding an old, hard to interface with Personal Student Loan my family was dealing with. I had been rejected before from many other lawyers unwilling to handle the case. Ryan quickly appraised me of my rights and went to work fast. I was mostly trying to just find out what the status of the loan was, but my company was being so evasive that I was concerned they were doing illegal things. Turns out they were!
