I don’t know how I can be more satisfied or appreciative of Attorneys Shawn Howard and Karl Gwaltney from Maginnis Howard for the quality assistance they provided me when dealing with an injury from an unfortunate accident. Shawn's efforts in a recent engagement were well above and beyond what I expected and his support did help in my situation being resolved. Shawn is very respectful of privacy and was of my personal decisions, challenging me however when he felt as though he knew what was in my best interests. Hiring an attorney is not easy, but Shawn was extremely helpful and I am happy I chose him and his firm.

Not due to my wife’s fault she was in a car wreck. From that wreck my wife had to have back surgery. The insurance company excepted responsibility, but due to her having past back issues they were not willing to except full responsibility for the back surgery or after medical expenses. I contacted Maginnis law (Ed Maginnis) that resulted in a meeting with Shawn Howard to go over the details of the wreck, past back medical issues and medical issues resulted from the wreck. Even though the statute-of-limitation of three years was fast approaching Magninnis law was willing to represent my wife. With Shawn Howard and team’s detail investigation and superior court performance, I was awarded double the amount of money that the insurance company was offering. We both can't thank Shawn and team enough for the wonderful job he did.

I obtained Shawn Howard to help resolve a motorcycle claim. I attempted to handle the case on my own, but later in the process decided to use Mr. Howard, which turned out to be a great decision.
