Mr. Jennings helped us get things filed. Everything took a very long time, but I think that's the process. It worked for us to trust he knows what he's doing, because in the end, he most definitely did and was able to get my daughter benefits in a rather complicated case. It was worrisome at times waiting and wondering what was going on, not hearing from anyone, and barely discussing the case, but Mr. Jennings understands the process so well and the criteria that are important, our records were enough for him to help us through, and when guidance was needed, he provided that. We are forever grateful for the assistance and peace of mind it will bring. 5 stars.
