I highly recommend Mr. Vance Jennings and Brent Adams & Associates to handle social security disability cases. When I was filling out my disability paperwork initially, I saw how the forms did not allow me to cover the many conditions I have and the severity. I called several firms specializing in disability and asked for professional help in filling out the forms. All of the firms told me to fill the forms out to the best of my ability and to expect my case to be denied. Once denied, I was to call back for legal assistance. However, a gentleman from Brent Adams & Associates (I don't remember his name) called me back a few hours after being told to fill out the forms myself and asked me how I was doing and if I still needed help. He answered some of my questions and explained that Social Security usually denies everyone at the first application and an attorney will assist me with appealing the denial. I did what the gentleman said and was denied as he had predicted. But, because he took the time to call me back when I filled out the application initially and because Mr. Jennings has great reviews from just about everyone, I called Brent Adams & Associates to handle my appeal. The only person I met prior to my SSDI hearing was Kendra. She was highly organized, answered all the questions we had in detail and with confidence and is a fantastic person to be the face of Brent Adams & Associates. If she did not know the answer to a question, she found the answer and relayed it to me quickly. What I did not realize at the time is that Kendra was the only person I would see until I met with Mr. Jennings right before my SSDI hearing. Because of this, to me she was the face of Brent Adams & Associates. If she had been a different person who did not present herself well, I might have gone to a different firm. I hope she is paid well and given the respect and opportunities she deserves. Once my SSDI application was denied, I was in regular contact with Mr. Jennings and his paralegals, Kathy and Ashley, on a regular basis. Because I had a lot of medical appointments that I routinely logged with them, they had a lot of work to do in following my case and keeping up with acquiring current medical records which resulted in 26,000 pages at the time of my hearing. It was crazy in getting statements from specialists in regard to my medical and physical status. Kathy was marvelous in getting and creating special forms for doctors who were persnickety about types of forms they would fill out and in routing one form to me instead of the doctor because of a timing issue with the doctor. One specialist ignored the forms Kathy faxed to her for silly reasons, but Kathy continued to send different types of forms until the specialist received one she liked and would complete. Mr. Jennings blew me away at my hearing. He knew my voluminous record. He was able to point the judge and social security doctor to specific records whenever there was a question. The judge asked him to write an additional brief on my behalf, and he did. He won my case for me at the first appeal. I find that amazing because everyone told me to expect to be denied at the first hearing. Most people told me to expect to not be granted SSDI for several years. Because of Mr. Jennings, I will not need to drain the last of my savings and retirement accounts and I feel safe in knowing that I will have some sort of income from social security. I highly recommend Mr. Vance Jennings and Brent Adams & Associates. I hope I never find myself needing to apply for SSDI again, but if I do, Mr. Jennings will be the only attorney I will call.

I am so grateful to Mr Vance Jennings. He thoroughly knew my case and spent diligent time studying it and how to present it so it would be recieved correctly. He understood my problem processing things and was able to set me up to where I could freely express my physical limitations and how they effect me mentally to the judge.
