Was under contract with Derrick Taylor and it was a terrible experience. He changed the offer coming from a buyer without informing us, lied to us through email about how commission works and how it would be split with a unrepresented buyer. Continuously argued with me and didn’t want to honor the contract that states that either party can terminate the contract or even follow the expiration date of the contract.

Definitely 10 stars! Meredith is a God-sent to us when we were looking for a home. I'm grateful she was the one randomly selected by Zillow because we are so new to the place and don't know so much about the area. Meredith provided us with very helpful information and insights so it was overall a smooth process.
