We met Jane when we started our house search on waterfront near Raleigh. She is very professional and detail oriented when it comes to her work. She kept us informed all along the way throughout the entire process. She truly wants her customers to be happy with their purchase so she ensures you see the good, bad and ugly when making decisions. We were closing the day before a holiday and she even had us moved to the first closing of the day so we would be able to get our keys that same day. We couldn’t have asked for better, caring service during this process. Thank you Jane for all you did to make this a great experience!!

We worked with Patrick at DASH on the purchase and sale of the same home. He did a fantastic job both times. His attention to detail, knowledge of the area and market are first class. He always listened to what we were looking for and worked diligently to make it happen. His thoroughness and attention to detail made both processes so smooth it was almost unbelievable. We are very pleased with the product they delivered both times. Some realtors just put the sign in the yard and wait for a call. Not Patrick and DASH, they dig deep into the market and comps to help their clients get the best deal. It is obvious they are heavy on the behind the scenes work and it shows in the end result.

Victor was an excellent help for us throughout our home purchase process. Our experience with Jen Badalamenti, could not have been better! From the beginning, she went above and beyond our needs. Not only did she make the process seamless for us but even helped when we had difficulties with the closing process at our previous home in Delaware. Without a doubt, if we were to move again, which I doubt we will since Jen helped us find our dream home, we would be using her again. Best experience we've ever had!
