Jacob the agent at Dash Sadly turned out to be quite unreliable. Jacob is a liar & scammer. He will blame you for his mistakes. You should NOT trust this guy. Dash cares less whether they sell your home. I have sold and bought homes and by far Jacob is the worst Realtor Agent I've ever used. Jacob has absolutely no business sense, at least he has no ability to work with clients. Typically, when you give your business to someone you would expect some respect and a thank you.'Not Jacob or dash it's all about him, his commission not about service or answering your questions. There’s only one way to describe Jacob he's a JOKE! Avoid this guy and Dash. There's to many good realtors out there.
