Working with Pablo Andino from DASH Carolina was such a great experience! From the start, Pablo was efficient, transparent, and made my husband and I’s first home buying experience an amazing one! My dream of purchasing a home came true this year and I seriously have to give credit to Patricia Basile for helping me get there. I can honestly say I was not sold on the need of purchasing a home, I just knew I was sick of moving, so my search was very random. My father was in town and urged me to contact a few properties that happen to be under Patricia's purview. We hit it off because she was honest, upfront, wanted to understand my humor, she picked up on that although I don't say much and will defer to others; I am no one's fool. I have a voice and she heard and respected it. She was responsive and answer all my questions no matter how absurd! She calmed me down when I was ready to run and she encouraged me to go after what I wanted and not settle. To be clear, I don't do reviews but this was such a monumental purchase and so left field for me that credit must be given for the work and patience that was shown to me. Thank you to the overall Dash team but Thank you immensely to Patricia Basile for all that you did for me.
