We were fortunate to connect with Marco Stephens from DASH when initially looking for a home for another family member. We had been planning a move in late spring 2025; however, after our first meeting with Marco we decided to start looking right away because we felt we’d be able to find our perfect home working with him and we did not want to wait. Marco did an amazing job in both selling our home and helping us find and buy our new home, and all within 30 days!!! He really listened to what we wanted and has great knowledge of the market to guide us through the process. He was always there when we had questions and helped us work through the last minutes issues that always come up and made the process easy.

Sara Cooke was by far the best realtor we have ever dealt with! She found us our dream home in little to no time and helped us through the entire process. She handled everything from the builders to the brokers and everything in between. She truly went above and beyond what was expected! It was truly a pleasure to work with her. She took a crazy amount of stress off of our shoulders which allowed us to focus on moving from out of state! I highly recommend Sara and her team to help you find your perfect home like she did for my wife and myself! 5 stars isn't enough! 10 out of 10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I had the honor to have Paulino Aspuru as my broker, not only he went above and beyond to help my husband and I find a home he never ever complained about how many houses we had him show us and there were a lot!! Paulino is a great person and the one to call if you need a broker.

We just closed on a home thanks to Krishnaya Corbett! Our search took awhile because we had some very specific wants on our list. Krishnaya met us at many properties and was always prompt & courteous and greeted us with a smile. She was always prepared with information on the houses and always observant of any red flags she noticed as we toured them. The house we purchased went on the market one afternoon, we saw it that evening and later that night Krishnaya helped us present an offer that was accepted the next day! The offer was both strong and strategic which got it accepted before it went to Open House. There surely would have been multiple offers since we know from our search that it was a hard-to-find type of property but we avoided all of that by following Krishnaya’s advice. She was right there for all of our millions of questions right through closing too! We’re glad we had her on our team for this adventure!
