I was quite anxious about setting forth on the journey of establishing a family trust. Taylor Way and his staff were outstanding. Taylor responded quickly to my numerous questions and concerns. Walked me through the process gracefully. I came out on the other side relaxed and confidant that my heirs would be properly provided for according to my wishes.
Best part … my house will NOT have to go through Probate!

After attending an OATH workshop, we met with attorney Taylor Way to update our wills and the various Power of Attorney documents. We were very pleased with both the process and the results. Taylor Way was very personable, competent, and easy to work with in providing us the necessary legal documents that meet our needs.
