Lazy firm didn't get near max settlement. Hard to get a hold of when you need to speak to them.

Mr. Scott and the staff at Hartsoe & Associates gave me peace of mind every step of the way in handling my divorce. They addressed every concern and issue I had in a very timely matter regardless of how insignificant the matter might be. They were clear in giving advice and instructions to complete paperwork and options available to me. I would highly recommend this group to any person who is going through a divorce or separation.

I loved my experience with Hardison & Cochran they helped me settle my case out of court and for an amount more than other law office promised. There billing plan was very helpful to me being injured with no income there was no way to pay a lawyer up front and with payment due only if the case was won was extremely helpful. Adam Bridwell and my case manager made me feel like i wasn't just a broken dollar sign, i was a person in pain needing help. i would recommend this law office to anyone who feels as though they are being taking advantage of by the big working corporations. Adam is a bigger guy and I'm glad i had him on my side.

After making the mistake of trying to handle my divorce on my own (huge mistake). Rick was able to start behind the 8 ball and still managed to get me a fair settlement. He is easy to talk with and makes you feel very comfortable. He is a very professional young lawyer with a bright future. I would have no problem recommending him to friends and family!

Rick processed my separation agreement. He was very profession and helpful with suggestions. There was back and forth with the X which is pretty normal. He was quick to act when something needed to be done and very professional. I would recommend him and Hartsoe Law firm and will use in the future if needed.

Recently I was stopped and received a citation for not wearing my seat belt. To make a bad situation worse, the officer also noticed I was not wearing any corrective lenses and added this to the list. Pick your excuse, traveling, work, family, forgetfulness, life, etc., I compounded the problem by missing my court date. It seems our law enforcement system doesn't take kindly to missing your court date and I received a nice letter stating my license was being revoked. I decided to seed professional help. Knowing of Hartsoe and Assoc through a Christian affiliation I was hoping they would be able to help. I was referred to Mr. Scott who listened to my dilemma, then handled my case with outstanding professionalism keeping me informed every step of the way. He had the court date rescheduled and represented me while I was out of town. There were still some court costs but the results were much better than expected. When I went to the courthouse to settle the costs, there was a discrepancy. One call and he was quick to followup and get the records corrected. I highly recommend Mr. Scott if you are in need of representation.

Everytime I visit the Raleigh office, it's filled with friendly people who go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and I'm taken care of.
