My husband and I had been avoiding bankruptcy for years, but when the creditors garnished my wages we couldn't put it off any longer. The thought of filing made us both physically ill and extremely embarrassed. Once we had a meeting with Tina Moore our outlook changed. She made us feel like we were not alone and that this wasn't as horrible as we believed it to be. She didn't judge or look down on us. She helped us. She made us feel so comfortable that we were laughing by the end of the meeting. Although this is no laughing matter, it was great to have someone so caring helping us. She understood how much the wage garnishment was impacting us and worked extra quickly to get us filed. She told us her goal was to have us filed before my next paycheck so the garnishment would be stopped before I got paid again. She made us feel as if we were her only client. She told us what to expect every step of the way and made us feel very confident in this solution to a huge problem. She filed only 1 week after our first appointment with her. She took so much stress out of this process. Tina is a great person to work with. If you have to make this difficult choice, this is the law firm you want to use.

Joseph Nicholas was very helpful. He took his time with me and was very patient. He explained everything very carefully and responded to all my emails in a timely manner. Amazing person.

Tina was my paralegal and when I tell you that she helped me EVERY SINGLE step of the way she did. She is very knowledgeable and very precise when handling your case as well as going over the final step..Signing the documents. I asked questions before, during, and after and she explained it all. A person cannot go wrong with dealing with Tina. ALSO, the most important thing was when I initially had to fill the packet out. I didn't think I was doing it right. I recently obtained a bankruptcy through the John T Orcutt law office. Tina Moore was the paralegal that walked me through the whole process handling all of the paperwork and explaining the whole process to me. She is without a doubt one of the most patient and thorough and pleasant people I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. She is definitely a valuable asset to the firm.

My experience with this company was very very poor attorneys did explain the difference in chanpter 7 and 13. Every time i turned around we had a different attorney that was suppose to be helping us. Attorney told us it was best for us to do chapter 13 we didn't have House's and car's our credit wasn't bad for us to file that chapter so i fill like that was done on purpose we come to you for help and get all our money taken for fee's and we got nothing in return.I would never recommend John T Orcutt to anyone.
