He, Tara, and Brandy all had my well being and personal interest in mind with offering guidance and knowledgeable intuition! This team is great!

My experience with the Raleigh office location of the Law Offices of John T. Orcutt has been outstanding and highly professional in all aspects. From the initial interview, information gathering, and submission of my case, the staff at the Raleigh office always presented a friendly and welcoming attitude with an obvious superior knowledge level of the law. Anthony, Amber, and Jason each provided excellent support and were very easy to work with through the process. After a great introduction and preliminary work with Anthony, Amber provided me with exceptional responsiveness and competence and is a very highly motivated and organized processor. Absolutely horrible experience all across the board.. have no clue how this firm got such high marks, but I'm utterly dumbfounded by the people at this firm. Nobody seems at all knowledgeable about your case. No 2 staff ever give out the same information, or even CORRECT information at that. Nobody here calls or contacts you to keep you up to date on the status of your case, or to see if you may have anything new to add. My wife and I literally did everything ourselves, the staff did next to nothing other than falsify information to us. They made no effort to get this resolved or even be helpful. Almost a year later and we are still dealing with these same issues, and all this after they were paid in full, upfront. I can't recommend this to anyone unless you are looking to pay for aggravation and lies. Wish I could get our money back. Horrible horrible horrible.

Do you know what it feels like when something good happens? When it happens to me, I feel satisfied and confident in the person who is involved in my life making life decisions on my behalf. Anthony Rhodes, from the start has proved to be a competent and caring person. From our first meeting to the present, he has proved to be knowledgeable and thorough in the work that he is doing for my wife and I. This is a very important time in our lives, and Anthony, the best way I can say it, made us feel at ease because of the level of care he gives. He really cares about the work he is doing. There are times when I was particularly worried and anxious, and Anthony, sensing what I was thinking, made me relax and feel confident. From my perspective, I would expect an employee like Anthony be rewarded for the good work he is doing. Overall, during a difficult time in our lives, he has been attentive and caring about the work he is doing. I owe many thanks to Anthony and wish him the very best as he continues to serve in the John T. Orcutt firm.

Anthony was amazing. He has a calming spirit and shows genuine concern. I was a wreck inside when I first arrived, but by the time I finished with him, I was at so much more ease. Joseph (Joe) Nichols was always just a phone call or email away when I had questions. Made the process very easy for me. I appreciate the effort and time the entire office had put in to assist me. I almost forgot about Ana Ruiz my initial contact (I literally cried on the phone with her explaining my situation) but she was very compassionate and even checked up on me to make sure everything was going good after being sent to Joe. Very personable both of them. If I could give 10 stars I would.

An incredible experience! In a time and area of uncertainty I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I initially met with Anthony who was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and very helpful in guiding me along the initial path. I was immediately put at ease on my first visit with Anthony. Next I begin working with Joe Nichols who I genuinely cannot say enough great things about. He's extremely knowledgeable, friendly and an excellent communicator. I would challenge you to find someone more knowledgeable than Joe. I can also truthfully say that Joe is one of the best communicators I've dealt with in a professional situation. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you go anywhere else.
