I would like to thank Joseph Nichols, a bankruptcy paralegal for helping my mother be able to go through the bankruptcy process without any regret. Joe was there to answer any questions that she had, he went through every part of the process step by step, explaining it in detail if needed and because of Joe she is very happy today. Many people believe that bankruptcy is the end of the world, but after talking to Tara and Joe it makes perfect sense especially if you are having difficulty with your credit, not being able to maintain your current lifestyle and just wanting to be able to rest at night and not wearing about the bills that you have to pay. The team of John Orcutt are professional but very friendly with warm personalities that makes you feel like you have a friend for life Thank you Joe for everything because my mother is back to her old self.

Going through the process of filing bankruptcy was difficult for me. My team was so courteous, professional and understanding they explained the progression in a way I could understand it. When I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. This office assured me it was there. The decision to file was not easy, but John T. Orcutt's office really helped me understand why it was the best decision for me. That night after meeting with them initially was the best rest I've had in a long time. I felt like a weight had been lifted. Every step in this process was well organized and explained thoroughly. Every time I had a question it was answered thoroughly and timely. Anna was an angel helping me get through the filing process and I will forever be grateful to her and the entire office.

My experience with started out very intimidating , I was confused and frustrated. Always receiving letters that had no full explanation , but once I met with Erica N. everything changed and I actually felt as though this was going to work. She very patient and explains things in laymen terms ( which is what I needed). Without her to help me through this process I would have discontinued this process and tackled my situation on my own (which is why I'm here now). We started working with them s couple of months ago. Joe Nichols took all the stress and worry I had and turned it around. He worked very hard to find all the creditors.
