Mr. Morton was extremely direct and honest. He definitely breaks down the advantages and disadvantages of an LLC by many examples. With his examples he will bring you to reality of how your business will operate and succeed due to small minor mistakes that you would not have seen. The most important fact is the guy was HONEST and did not beat around the bush. I Highly respect his establishment and would definitely recommend them to others.
