Filing for bankruptcy can be a difficult and confusing experience. Sheree is very easy to talk to and makes sure you understand the procedure. She went above and beyond for me and continues to do so 2 years after filing when I had a question. She responded to me very quickly and offered to help me with a creditor from the bankruptcy. Highly recommend using her and she is very affordable compared to others I researched.

I can't recommend this lawyer due to unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. She works with her husband who is a paralegal. They don't have an office and work out of their home. This in and of itself is not a problem but maybe it causes them to be a little too casual with their customers. After my initial information appointment (held at Starbucks), I scheduled a second filing appointment which was to be done at their home. I showed up for my appointment on time only to find no one was at home. This was very annoying. Appearantly they forgot my appointment. I've sent emails that have gone unanswered. They seem like a nice couple but they might be overwhelmed.

Sheree and Kerry helped me through a hard time in my life. The held my hand through the bankruptcy, and were very easy to work with.

The process of going through a bankruptcy is very stressful. From the beginning, there were issues in dealing wtih this lawyer. This is a couple that works together. They meet you at Starbucks to discuss your case where everyone can hear your business. Never once were they on time for the meetings. They took over a month to file the original motion. I could not get them to email me back (because that is the only way to communicate with the actual lawyer instead of her husband). After they were paid, it was very difficult to get information. I was not kept informed about the process at all. From the beginning they recommended that I file a Chapter 7, even though I was a business owner. When the need arouse that I needed to convert to a Chapter 13, they became very defensive. I couldn't get the attorney to email me back, I was constantly having to speak to her husband, the paralegal. Then when finally confronted about the lack of attention, she said that she would withdraw as counsel. I do not recommend anyone use this attorney.
