My wife and I have been very fortunate to have Allison Chan as our immigration attorney. Representing us in a unique and challenging I-130 appeal Allison has proved herself to be knowledgeable, qualified, professional and sensitive to our needs. Her arguments have been both articulate and eloquent. If not for her expertise I am convinced our appeal would most certainly have been denied.

Allison truly made our immigration case a breeze. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and helped us and our family stay prepared and ready for the green card interview. With her help, my husband was able to be approved for his green card with no issues whatsoever. We are very impressed with the services she provided. I meet miss Allison in 2016 when my last attorney refused me to go to a hearing for my husband he was under supervision by Ice and it was a critical problem because I have three children and I don’t drive and this is when my uncle referred me to miss Allison firm and she helped my husband with stay of removal and he got his work permit and Driver’s License and then she filed I-30 and than DACA for my daughter and then she and Scott from her firm also worked for getting my cancellation of 10 years granted from the court they helped us with any questions and would always reply the same day I would always call her when I had a lot of stress with my immigration status and she explained everything so nicely and made me feel very relaxed I would recommend everyone who is looking for a nice attorney should hired her with lots of trust because she would not treat you like a client but always like a family member According to me this firm and this lawyers provide the best service and all staff very friendly and always respond nicely

Would like to say that Allison, and her team at Margaret Wong & Associates did an amazing job of getting my Aunt's family to the US. The case was not easy as I thought becuase there were many moving parts, but Allison, Lilly, Francis, and anyone else who touched this case made the proccess smooth.
