I wish I knew Omar's team years earlier so I wouldn't be wasting my time and money, and I would have less time stressing. After working with several law groups in the past several years, I can say that Omar's team is the most moral, ethical, and professional one. Nowadays, most law groups will try to sell you their services with every opportunity they got. Even worse, if an employer is envolved, your interests will be forgotten. Unlike them, Omar's team will refuse to take your money if they don't believe it is your best interest to act on a case. They don't sell you dreams. They tell you the truth. Tenía una cita el día de hoy con el para hablar sobre el proceso de mis padres, al llegar a la cita me hicieron pagar de inmediato $200 y los pagué sin ningún problema ya que al yo realizar la cita esperaba una buena respuesta o explicación acerca del caso de mis padres. Al momento en que el entro en el cuarto para comenzar me pregunto si hablaba inglés le dije que necesitaba un interpretador ya que no hablo inglés perfecto y prefería a alguien más ahí conmigo para traducirme, pues al decirle esto el se molestó y volteo los ojos y desde ahí me sentí incómoda, sabía que había sido un error el ir ahí. Su respuesta fue ¡NO!, dijo que no perdería su tiempo en mi caso y que me olvide de mis padres porque ellos nunca vendrían aquí y que ellos al ya tener 45 años de edad ya no deberían de intentar arreglar papeles para venir a Estados Unidos. Aparte de eso me dijo que el sabe que al yo tener 21 años de edad no pienso correctamente, la cual no es cierto y el no debería de asumir que por mi edad que tan madura soy. ¡NO LO RECOMIENDO! Esperas que alguien al darte la noticia de que tus padres nunca tendrán la oportunidad de venir aquí sea empatico o sea serio al decirlo, pero en el momento que el me dijo que tengo que olvidarme de mis padres se estaba riendo como si fuera algo gracioso. Nada de profesionalismo, si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría.

Went with my fiancé to talk about her process of her parents. We had to pay 200$ up front to be able to speak with “Omar Balloch”. My fiancé speaks fluent Spanish and wanted an interpreter to be with her during the appointment. When “Omar” asked if my fiancé wanted someone to translate during the appointment he seemed very agitated when she said yes. Long story short he was not willing to hear what we had to say. We paid for an hour appointment and maybe sat with him for 30 minutes. He was very angry and told my fiancé she was young and needed to think more mature. Also told her that her parents were already 45 years of age and don’t even try to come to America. “Forget about your parents. ITS NOT HAPPENING. Tell them to live their lives in Mexico”. If you’re trying to get your parents to America this is not the place to go. Way better options. Not worth having someone laughing in your face about something that is important to you. What a disappointment. The interpreter was even making nagging faces at the way Mr.Balloch was acting.
