The Law Offices of J.M. Kotzker did what I believe no other attorney could do for me. From the first phone conversation I new that he could be trusted and that I was in the right hands. They called me back the next morning, and explained the way that they worked and what they would be able to do for me. I never had to go to court and they never took up a lot of my time on the phone which is important for me since I am really busy. Hopefully I will not get another speeding ticket, but if I do I will call the law offices of J.M. Kotzker for sure!!!!!!!

I found Mr. Kotzker via Google and I am beyond glad that I gave his firm a call! The assurance that he gave me in his ability to resolve cases in two different counties (that are not in the Raleigh area) is truly what made me hire him. The same day, prior to me speaking with me Kotzker, I had spoken to a lawyer in the county of the cases and he quoted me a price FAR MORE than Mr. Kotzker, and that was the price for him working the case in that particular county only. Mr. Kotzker is a legal genius because he was able to reduce charges (traffic) as well get some dismissed. Additionally he was able to have my court fees reduced. His price is definitely fair and reasonable and he does his work in a timely manner (3 months for me), as well as keeping you informed. If you stay in communication with him and assist him in which ever is fit, you certainly will be pleased!

Experience with the law office was a positive one. Had at least 3 cases, two of which was years old and Mr Kotzker handled them all within a timely fashion. Not a headache at all as Mr Kotzker and his team work behind the scenes, and updates you accordingly. All my cases was reduced, and I'm back on the road legally.

He was great. He was the type who was there but you never really knew. He never blew up your phone or bothered you with questions. Although, in some cases, I did wish to at least know the status of my case. Its amazing that someone can handle something so well without really knowing too much about it. I have no points on my license!! It took a little while but it is finally done!! Thank you! I will definitely choose him again but hopefully I won't have to! lol

I had hired Mr. John Kotzker at the last minute to take care of a speeding ticket that I had received right outside of Raleigh. Without hesitation, Mr. Kotzker & his team accepted my case & defended me the next day (literally) in court. After a few continuations of my case, Mr. Kotzker finally reduced my case to a non-moving violation in which would not harm nor add points to my driver's license. Mr. Kotzker & his team of attorneys are professional, helpful, & effective in extermination or reducing any traffic violation. I was given what I believe to be an "unjust ticket" in which the officer had someone repeatedly stop in front of me as if they were broken down and the officer said he could get me own something else; since, it appeared he was wrong. This attorney got the situation resolved considering the circumstances; I would say he did a decent job.
