Would not recommend! After my consultation, I decided to hire Ms. Britt to represent me in my custody case. My case was in another county about 45 minutes away, but because Ms. Britt didn’t know the judge personally, she decided she wasn’t going to go to court on my behalf, but suggested instead that I hire an attorney in Pitt County to have the case transferred to Nash county. That was very corny of her, considering the fact that she had already taken my $1000 retainer fee to represent me. To make a long story short, my case was not transferred and I had to go to court alone. I unfortunately am not happy with the result of my custody case and I would not recommend Ms. Britt to anyone. As a matter of fact, I can count on 2 fingers how many times I talked to her directly, her paralegal Denise was really my lawyer to be honest.

She handled my case while I resided in Georgia. Divorce done in no time. Very professional.

She stalls and drops the ball and whines about being sick all the time. Drags things out and gets sympathy from other lawyers that's how she plays because she has no idea how to do her job.
