RUN from Tolin & Tolin. They neglected to follow through after we filled out an initial information questionnaire. We finally got ahold of someone, paid almost $300 for representation fees, and THEY FAILED TO SHOW UP IN COURT. Now my husband’s license is suspended, Tolin has our money, and we have absolutely no resolution. They send out these automated letters when you get a ticket and then disappear when you try to contact them. I cannot overstate how absolutely terrible this firm is.

I hired Mr. Tolin over two years ago, not only did I never receive a full resolution and had to hire new representation as a result, he ignored my emails and calls and the attempted communication from the opposing counsel in my case for months. I am very disappointed that he could not afford me the minimal courtesy of a call or email if he was unwilling or unable to represent me.

They will say can I help you .you say yes .when I said I was own disability .they said they can not help me .like a person that gets disability will not pay his bills . receptionist for tolin.they gave a number to call .she said they are free lawyers .if you put a thousand dollars own there desk they will help you .that is what people are saying .you have to be rich to get a lawyer here .
