I have known Mr. Whitley for over 20 years. He has always given me sound advise and wise counsel. It is not always what I want to hear but always what I need to hear. He has always made me feel he cares deeply for the People of Rowan County and his clients. He is certainly a Patriot and honorable man, He knows the Law and is a great litigator as well as negotiator.

We return to this location often, every time we visit, there out of our favorite food and have to substitute for something that i hardly like. Always regret stopping by, because they dont tell you there out before half our party has ordered. Do not recommend.

Simply put Cecil Whitley is the best traffic ticket attorney in all of North Carolina. I’ve gotten two tickets in the last 3 Years and they handled both of them perfectly. If you’ve gotten a ticket in Rowan County there isn’t a better law firm.
