Mr. Davis represented my husband at multiple court precedings, including twice in Superior Court. The first hearing ended with a hung jury, and the second ended with a unanimous "Not Guilty" verdict in less than 30 minutes of deliberation. Due in part to the initial Covid shutdown, my husband's case lasted nearly 4 1/2 years. During that time, we got to know Mr. Davis and the staff at his firm very well, and they treated us like family. James Davis is an excellent attorney and a kind, fair, and honest man. I would not hesitate for a moment to refer him to anyone or to hire him again should we ever be in need.
