I could not be happier with my case today. I was charged with a felony and looking at jail time, my case went to Superior Court where James Davis fought for me & believed in me. I left today with my felony reduced to a misdemeanor and a cost and fine, not even probation!!! The professionalism, communication and everything about this law firm is top notch! I will be forever grateful for what happened today.

There are defining moments in the life of every person and in my experience, having the right people in your corner seems to be key in liminal spaces. Standing outside the courtroom with my friend and Mr. James Davis was one of those moments for my friend and me. I witnessed this friend receive mercy from the judge for a true accident, but more than that, I saw a specific prayer answered. For the past two years I have been praying for God to show Himself to this guy. As Mr. Davis put his hand on my buddy's shoulder and said something to the effect of The Lord Jesus Christ was in that courtroom with you and then explained that the specific verdict was never reached in cases such as his, tears flooded my eyes and I wanted to jump for joy, because, not only had my friend received the best verdict possible, but his attorney also acknowledged, praised and glorified God for the outcome. I just want to thank Mr. Davis for his support and guidance of this guy during a very uncertain time in his life. I commend Mr. Davis for an excellent reputation in court and in our community. He knew pretty much everyone we passed in the courthouse that day, greeted many by name, and was personable and kind to everyone he came in contact with. He was very professional and skilled in his work. Several people have since told me that Mr. Davis keeps an open Bible on his desk and his office decor testifies to him being unashamed of his faith. I was honored to have the privilege of meeting him, inspired by his conduct and reputation, and in awe of how God used him and his connections to our community and to his faith to bring about such good in the life of my friend and build my faith, as well.
