A meticulous, compassionate, cohesive unit. That's how I'd describe the Davis law firm. My initial consultation was quite thorough and I was given sound legal advice, direction, and all my questions were answered, in a tough personal situation. Mr. Davis knew all the facts and prepared well for many court dates. This was quite clear when seeing him in action in the court room. The paralegal is absolutely wonderful, and the front office staff very friendly. Like most people, I never thought I would need legal representation, but choosing them was perhaps the best choice I made in a very difficult situation.

Since I had been dealing with a complicated child custody situation for two years, I was determined to find an attorney that was meticulous and compassionate; someone that would devote the time and attention required to obtain the outcome that was in the best interest of my children. Mr. Davis was fantastic in court today. My grandson was charged with serious crimes and ended up with only a traffic violation! He was able to take apart the troopers testimony in a respectful polite way and had the Judge thinking hard on his decision. If there were 1000 stars i would give them all.

30 years of experience in and around the courtroom as an officer and I choose James Davis to represent a family member because of the professionalism that he always has for his profession. He is always on top of case law and not afraid to try a new decision or challenge an old decision. James will tell you what you need to hear even if it is not what you want to hear. He has a strong faith in God and belief in the bible partnered with a strong drive for knowledge of the law.
